My only regret is not buying this book sooner when I was in pharmacy school, would have helped immensely preparing for exams. This book has reminded me how much I enjoy the science of pharmacy! I bought this book for my APRN program and chose this based on the good reviews.
However, I found many errors in this book: answer choice and descriptions were not matched. For instance, the description or rationale indicates the answer as C and the answer was typed incorrectly not C. This will make so much confusion unless you understood the reviews or learned that material previously. I do not want to solve the buying book reviews anymore because they will confuse me and input wrong answers in my head.
I wanted to change the review for this book since I have since learned to view this book as an introduction. I use it as a stepping stone for learning about select drugs then my more in-depth text for elaboration.

The new edition is waste of money. More money with no significant updates. Many new approved drugs are not included in this edition. Some protocols are old.
